A limited edition of only six prints across all sizes and formats. Each one is hand signed and numbered by Natalie on the face of the print, with one of her signature ants added next to her signature.

From Natalie

"I'm so proud of this one. I photographed this beautiful kookaburra over 10 years ago, and the reason I haven't painted it until now is that the photo was a terrible shot! It was blurry and blown out, with absolutely no fine detail whatsoever.

But after around 30 years in this painting game, I've learned a lot through trial and error, pushing my colour knowledge, and learning how to adapt and manipulate my brushwork. When I was scrolling through my photos, this guy caught my attention, and this time I felt confident working from such a dodgy photo. I love it!"

The Edition

There are only six prints in the edition, shared across every size and format. When they're gone, there will never be a chance to get a hand signed and numbered edition again. Natalie hand signs and numbers each print herself and adds one of the ants she hides in almost all of her paintings, so every print in the edition is finished by the artist.

Sizes

• Original size: 600 x 760mm
• 75% size: 480 x 600mm

Formats

Fine Art Paper. Printed on premium 300gsm fine art paper, the perfect medium for Natalie's art. Paper prints have a white border and are sent unframed, so they need professional framing (not included).

Fine Art Canvas. Natalie painted the original on canvas, so this is the closest you can get to it. Our Master Printer prints each one on premium canvas, and you can choose from two options. Both arrive ready to hang straight from the box.

• Stretched canvas, ready to hang.
• Tasmanian Oak float frame, a stretched canvas set in a natural Tasmanian Oak float frame with no stain, so the timber shows its own grain and colour.
